Manufacture & Materials Specs

Our table are manufactured 100% in solid wood. We chose European Ash wood due the good strength properties and shock resistance. This wood has a medium to coarse texture, the grain is almost always straight and regular, though sometimes curly or figured boards can be found. This wood species is not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN red List of Threatened Species. The vault is made in birch plywood, very dense board manufactured from birch veneers throughout, harvested from FSC certified forests, bonded together with a high resistant phenol adhesive, which has superior resistance to loss of bond strength with time. Birch wood is a fine textured, strong, dense timber which is excellent for engineering applications where precision, stability, flatness and strength.

We use the traditional solid wood construction techniques, reinforcing them with some metallic components. The exterior rim has a steel trim to place our magnetic accessories. The feet have adjustable glides and an integrated steel reinforcement to facilitate assembly and improve the stability of the table. The wood tops are stabilized by a steel reinforcing profile.

The tables are completely finished with a solvent-based polyurethane finishing, interior and exterior, varnish with a high resistance varnish with UV protection.

Finishings colors

Are available 4 different stains with solvent-based polyurethane finishing. This procedure consist in 2 stain coatings, 2 sealer coatings and 1 coating of high resistance varnish with UV protection. UV protection slows the damage caused by exposure to UV rays.

Fabric Vault

The vault on our tables are upholstered with high density foam of 60 kg / m3. This density factor is able to guarantee a flat and stable surface, which allows you to grab cards and gaming pieces, keeping a solid playing surface. Foam density is a specific measurement of how much weight in kilograms polyurethane foam can handle per cubic meter. This density rating tells you the strength of the foam. The height the number the longer the foam will last.

HydroCare - Internationally recognized concept has been tested through a water-repellent technology, which prevents the infiltration of dirt, allowing an easier and effective cleaning. This treatment prevents the appearance of dirt, keeping the fabric dry and clean.

Lighting System

You can equip your table with 2 types of lighting systems. This will make your gaming experience awesome, eliminating shadows caused by the existing lighting in the environment and helping to identify the colors of the games.

LN50 RGB LED system

The 14W RGB LED strips are installed with a heatsink profile and a diffused light cover. It comes with a three-channel controller. The color wheel allows you to define three different colors at the same time and adjust different light intensity for each channel.

With this system it is possible to add 2 USB modules, each on each side of the table. Each module has two ports, you can load up to 4 devices simultaneously.

LN51 LED system

The 14W LED strips are installed with a heatsink profile and a diffused light cover. It comes with a controller that’s allows you to adjust the light intensity. You can choose the LED color you want, 3000K, 4500K or 6000K. A 3000K LED produces soft white or warm white or yellowish color light. This one is best for places where you relax such as the living area since this kind of color temperature gives you a cozy feeling. A 4500K LED produces a bright white or cool toned kind of color which gives a warm effect as well as bright enough to work beneath it. A 6000K LED or as the scientists call “pure white light” produces usually an exotic or more luxurious look.

USB charger

LN52 USB add-on allow to charge your phone, tablet, power bank, or other device, it is possible to install in your table 2 USB modules, each on each side of the table. Each module has two ports, you can load up to 4 devices simultaneously.

Your table comes equipped with an exterior steel trim to place the magnetic accessories. We have differents wooden accessories that you can easily attach to the table, As this system is magnetic, you can place the accessories all around the table and move freely on the rail.

Chairs

The chairs have a vault under the seat. The structure is in solid wood and the design of the back is ergonomic. The upholstery is made with high performance foams, allowing the best comfort and shape recovery.

The production lead time is 45 to 90 days, depending on the production phase at the time of your order. After your ordering you will receive the order confirmation with the precise lead time.

Packaging & Delivery

The table is packed in 3 volumes and you can choose to collect them at our showroom in Matosinhos or request us a transport service. The transport service is carried out by a specialized company, door to door service and delivered on the ground floor.

Maintenance

The method of cleaning is wiping the surface with a soft and dry cloth or a slightly moist, supple chamois in the direction of the wood grain. Prohibited are: Bleaching additives (e.g. lemon) and all other cleaning and scouring agents. Do not clean the surfaces with microfibre cloths and all liquids containing acid, e.g. fruit juices or alcohol, should be dabbed away.
